Registration fees include access to the oral sessions and posters, refreshments, lunches Monday-Thursday, the Polanyi award ceremony and banquet, and the conference excursion to Mont St Michel.

In order to register you will need to sign up for a sciencesconf userid (if you don't already have one) and then click on "My registration" in the menu items to the left.

** after June 20^th

^‡ < 7 years since award of PhD, not in permanent or tenure track position

Cancellation policy:

In the unlikely event that GK2022 is cancelled by the organisers, for example by the reimposition of lockdown restrictions in France, full refunds will be offered to all participants. For all other cases if you decide or are obliged to cancel the following policy applies for the conference fee and extras:

Cancellation before July 20th: 50% refund

Cancellation after July 20th: 0% refund

We encourage you to take out cancellation / travel / health insurance especially if you are travelling from abroad.
